Intuitive Guidance
Hearing the subtle voices of your energy systems, higher self, and spirit guides can be difficult. And even if you can hear this guidance, it can often feel confusing or overwhelming, causing an inability to trust yourself. Your closeness to the situation and resistance to change can get in the way and prevent you from creating an action plan. Fear and procrastination can stop you in your tracks.
Having an unbiased observer who can connect with your energy system and communicate with your higher self and spirit guides can help you make sense of what is going on in your life and identify steps you can take to move forward.
At any given moment, your choices and decisions create potential and possible situations. During an intuitive guidance session, I can tap in and give you a broader view and look at these potentials and possibilities. I receive messages for you and translate them so you can clearly understand what is going on and how these things may play out. Then, we can navigate your resistance, clarify what you are feeling, identify where it is coming from, and how to work through it so you can feel more confident in your ability to make positive choices and improve your life.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Intuitive reading? Each practitioner is unique, and their methods, abilities, and beliefs will differ. In general, an intuitive or psychic reading is when a practitioner taps into your energy systems, communicates with your higher self, and guides and translates this information to you. Some practitioners hear voices, some see images, some feel in their bodies, some have a knowing, and some have a combination of these things. I have a combination of these things, but my primary is knowing.
Is an intuitive reading and a psychic Reading the same thing? Yes. Each practitioner chooses the word or group of words that resonate most with them. I choose to use intuitive rather than psychic because psychic makes me feel like a sideshow at a circus. 😉
Will you know everything about me? No, this is impossible! There is so much information in your system! Think of it like going to the library. There are so many books with so much information contained in them. If you walked around for days, you would never see everything. But if you navigated to a certain section, you could get information on a specific topic. An intuitive reading is like searching your library and finding information on a specific subject.
Will you get messages from my deceased loved ones? Not necessarily, but it's always possible that a deceased loved one could show up during an intuitive reading.
Will you tell me exactly what I need to do? No. There isn't one thing that should be done, but rather possibilities. Each possibility comes with consequences, negative or positive. The negative/positive consequence outcome helps you build your power, strength, and ability to trust yourself. The negative/positive effect enables you to work through Karama. (Karma is not a punishment system but a balancing system.) When something turns out positive, you see that those actions moved you in a beneficial direction. When the consequence is negative, you see that that action moved you in a non-beneficial direction. Overcoming the need to blame and shame (self or others) but rather see clearly how something played out is key to developing mental, spiritual, and emotional maturity. I can help you see these possibilities, how they are playing out in your life, what options exist and assist you in creating an action plan.
Can you tell me if I have a disease? I do not diagnose or treat diagnosed conditions. I can tell you if I see blocks or issues in certain areas, areas that have the potential to become problematic, or what your energy system, body, higher self, or guides tell me, but I am not a physician and DO NOT diagnose. The information given to you is provided to you in good faith; it is up to you to do your due diligence or check with licensed practitioners if you choose to take the advice given to you.
Can I ask questions? Absolutely! Questions act as in-points that open a door to that particular bit of information. Think of the library analogy—a question is like navigating me to a specific section in the library.
How should I prepare for my session? Think about what it is you want to get out of your session. What are you struggling with? What is getting in your way? What made you reach out for help? Take time to write down your questions because we often get on-the-spot amnesia in a session. Have an open mind. Struggle comes from getting in your own way, only seeing one side of things, being stubborn, and being too close to the situation to get a different perspective. This is the benefit of having an intuitive guidance session; it can help you see what you aren’t seeing and give you a broader view of the situation.
What if I want to meet you before I schedule? I totally understand! I’m the same way, so I offer a free, no-obligation fifteen-minute phone meet-and-greet so you can hear a live voice, ask questions, or just get to know me a little. If you are interested in scheduling a meet-and-greet, text me at 480-950-9331, and we can set up a time to chat.
What if I have questions after my sessions? It’s common to have questions in the days following your appointment. If you have a simple question relating to what we covered during your session, you can text or email me, and I will respond at no charge. If you have more than a few or want to cover topics not covered in your appointment, please schedule a follow-up session.
Do you record the sessions? In general, I do not recommend recording the session. When you show up for your appointment, you are present and focused in that moment. You will receive exactly what you need to know or hear for you at that time. If you need to expand on anything, those questions will naturally come to you in the following days. If you listen again on another day, you are now coming from a place of analysis. You may start to question what you initially understood when you were present in the moment, read into things, and confuse yourself. There can also be a tendency to not be fully present during your appointment because you think you can go back and listen later. It’s like being at a concert and not being there because you are too worried about recording, and you miss the present experience!
