Channeling Reiki into your energy system produces a relaxed state. This relaxed state activates the natural healing process known as rest and digest. Alone, rest and digest is a powerful healing phase. Pair that natural ability with a stream of pure life force energy and the skill of the Reiki practitioner to pinpoint the exact places that need attention, and you have a synergistic healing approach that can restore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

We'll start your first distance Reiki session with a 15-20 minute phone chat so I can get to know you and connect with your energy system. Then, you will lie down—maybe put on some calming music—and I will work on your energy system for 40-45 minutes. We’ll end with a 15-minute phone call to give you an overall view of the session. 

Follow-ups include a 15-minute phone call and 45 minutes of channeled Reiki.
